I ran a shell ridge with Mike D. Great trail run to round out the week. Got another 10 miles in today. It was a good, slow run. Overall, an excellent week and I am tired. Perfect place to be before a recovery week.

Tomorrow it is off to Hartford--so too many hours sitting on the plane!

I am going to have hit the foam roller tonight.

Danette was off with team and training this am. So, I sleep in a little and did my run about 8:30 ish. I ran from Panorama Road up that fricken hill (ok walked), up to Alameda Trail and back. Nice long-run-but slow.

Got close to 2K of climbing in. Overall, I felt pretty solid. Good effort.

As I was running, I passed a couple of hikers, and one asked "barefoot runner?" My response was "Not likely." Should have said, "Yes, from my bed to the bathroom!."

Trail run around the Lafayette reservior upper trail. Met Lulu under the bridge and we headed up the trail. We ended up walking the steeper hills and got smoked by a hiker on one. Important lesson -- Easier to hike many times than run!

Foam rolled at office while listening to our annual shareholder meeting.
