Today I did 6 yasso 800s (3:55, 3:57, 3:51, 3:47, 3:49, 3:38). I could not remember the exact recovery-so I did 2 minutes. I could have recovered for three and a half minutes! But got it done.

Simple out and back on shell ridge torward Hanna Lane. Four mile were pretty uneventful. I did need to walk one of the hills--but it seems to be getting easier. I'll do some compare on Strava at night.

Ran with Scott and Lulu up Panaramic road to Briones. We tried a couple of different trails today--and added serious elevation changes.

Great fun! But put an extra mile on.

20 mile run with Lulu. We decide no hills today--so we ran from Serrano to BART to Acalanes to Lafayette/Moraga trail and then back again. I saw Aaron out on the course. Also, there was a Chinese woman singing opera on the way out and the way back. We held our own for 15 miles and Lulu started to feel a little spend about mile 17. At the firehouse we met a ultramarathon guy, Wally, who completed a 100 miler at age 70 (which was the first 70 year old to complete that 100).

But we got it done!

So major milestone... This is the most miles I have ever done in a calendar month! (currently 134 and counting!).

In the morning I ran shell ridge and did a couple of new trails! Got the six mile in.

In the evening I did hill repeats--It was a suffer fest. I got dizzy on one of the 60 second intervals.
