There was a slight headwind of about 12mph ( no big deal here in Oklahoma where the wind comes sweaping across the plains), ride home was good. Gonna do a brick but Kayla fixed spaghetti. I'll eat first and run after a while. Wouldn't want to disappoint her, would I?
Ate spaghetti, got up and ran. You think a brick is hard. Try riding, eating and then running without a rest inbetween! lol What doesn't kill ya will only make you stronger.

Feeling pretty good today. I have only two more weeks of "build phase" then I go into the "peak phase". I need to taper a bit next week cause Jeano (Gino2u) and I are going to the St. Patrick day triathlon in Keller Texas to kick some Texas A$$!!! Well, at least Jeano will! I will take care of his leftovers.

Just didn't feel like swimin'
I have lost another pound and am getting closer to my target weight. This morning I was craving a "pinecone" donut, you know the ones with lots and lots of sugar. I don't eat stuff like this very often. I went to the local donut shop to indulge! Noooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some fat a$$ b!#&* ate the last f$%^&%$ one before I got there! She needed to be running laps or biking, not eating MY donut. Needless to say I was pissed. I ate a yogurt protein power bar instead. The TRI GODS are watching out for me I guess. Oh well, maybe I can get my weight to under 200.
