Check it out - 190.4 lbs!!!  I have lost over 20 lbs since March!  Finally getting back to a training weight.  I can manage the 180-190 range but will look to get to 178 for a winter marathon.  I still have a ways to go but I am 10 lbs BELOW from the dreaded 200!

We need a snake to celebrate! How about this baby Black Ratsnake?

Brutal run - it was a lot hotter than I thought and I had to slog through the last two miles. Good heat training run!!! http://www.strava.com/activities/77733049/overview

Lesson learned today:  Treat your body like shit over the weekend with beer and crap food and your runs will suffer.  I was so dehydrated today that I almost didn't finish my run.  Time to do a 100 onces/day water challenge with myself.  This way even if I have some beers, I will recover quicker.

The team my son was supposed to play did not show up so the game was forfeited. That meant we got to play the kids. I play roughly 30 minutes of the game. I need to find an adult team. I forgot how much I love playing even with coaching every season.

Board meeting today - I am stressed to the max with the changes I am asking for but they will approve them.  We need more money and we need more action - time to make both happen even if it means new board members.
