My walks are slow because I’m doing them with Gracie and we’re moving at puppy pace which includes a lot of stopping to smell the flowers and whatever else is along the path.  Eventually we’ll work into a brisk trot but today is not that day!  We made two trips to the park and practiced her “Gracie Come” skills.  She's fast and I love watching her run.  She started puppy kindergarten this week and the trainers said we’ll be doing some low key agility work later in the session.  Easy stuff like a short tunnel and a few weave poles - nothing that requires a big jump since their little bones aren't strong enough yet.  Her mother is an agility champion and I hope she inherited some of her genes because I’d love to participate at a non-competitive level when she’s old enough.
