Spin Class, tried to take it easy today, but ended sweating more than I wanted and HR was higher than I wanted. I think I may be fighting the bug that is going around. Lots of vitamins, Airborne, green tea, etc.

Stretched about 10 minutes before BP.

I think I need to eat more during my exercising in the morning.  This morning I had 1/2 a PB sandwich on WW with water and during spin I had a full bottle of Cytomax.  However, about 1/2 way through BP I began to feel light headed and shaky, needed to eat something and quick.  Luckily I was able to scam a bar off of another person in BP which helped immensly.  I need to start thinking about using another cytomax during BP or have a cliff bar or something in between.

Not much sleep last night, so decided to sleep in this morning and slack off on the spin class and body pump.  Well that what recovery weeks are for, being able to sleep in and not feel to guilty about it. :)

Nice easy recovery run on the mill, good tunes on the Ipod!! Just was not feeling the run this morning, tired and could not seem to get going. Glad it is a recovery week.

Foot still bothering me a little, but seems to be not so bad while running.
