No core this morning as headed to the spin room for some extra time on the bike.  May try and get some in this evening.

30 minutes nonstop at RPE 5. This should be a hard effort but only hard enough where you can maintain the pace for the whole 30 minutes.

Nice swim concentrated on different aspects of form throughout and practiced drafting abit.

Tried to mix up the 1750, by changing breathing sides, intensity, etc. Concentrated on staying smooth and the pull, felt like a great pace and could have continued.
