Nice easy run. Ran w/ Stacey this morning which was real nice, havent done that in a while and I miss it. Not issues, felt tired but god during run. Didn't get as much sleep last night as I should have.

Good run, missed the rain which is good. Felt very easy but pace was Z2, AHR was Z1. Again concentrated on keeping hips forward and my "kick".

Tough ride. The new power wattages are much harder. I will certainly struggle with the longer session, but they will get easier. Made my min wattages for my sets but it was a struggle. Cold better today, beginning to break up and get rid of a nice colorful phlem. Yummy!! :)

Good run, was going way to fast but couldn't slow down. Was concentrating on some of the tips I got this weekend and just seemed to cruise. Really cocnetrated on getting my hips forward and my "kick".

Feeling better but not great.  Took another day from work, figure I will take it easy and kick this cold in the butt, also don't want to spread my cold to everyone at work.  May try and run or swim this afternoon, will play it by feel.
