progression run. each mile 10 seconds faster. tried to start at 9:00 and go down to 7:30. 9 is way to slow to start so the first ones were too fast. but i can't start at 8:30 and go down to 7:00 or I'd drop dead. Splits: 8:29, 8:37, 8:32, 8:21, 8:15, 8:05, 7:52, 7:46, 7:35, 7:21. Felt good for first 7 miles. Last 3 miles were a bit tough but nothing leg destroying.
