easy run with the dogs around the 5K course
good swim after lifting. My legs and arms were tired after the lifting, but I got it done. 500s were 7:49, 7:55, 7:54, witha short rest in between.

Same route as Mon, up 96, out Boyd Mill to Carter's Creek, across Bear Creek, up Floyd and back in Old Hillsboro. Pushed a bit harder, cut off 90 seconds. I was pretty pleased.
