quick swim before work. Had to wait for the sun to come up b/c the indoor pool was closed. Felt surprisingly good for not swimming in a month. 500s in 7:36, 7:44, then took a ~15sec break and did the last 250 in 3:45. I I was tired, but had another 250 in me easily.
