Yasso 800s on the treadmill. 1/2m wu at 7:47 pace, then 1/2 mile at 6:15 pace. 3:10 recovery at 7:47, until I had completed 10 sets. The last 800 I actually kept the 6:10 mile pace for 1200m. I fetl surprisignly gopod the whole time. My PF didn't bother me in the least later in the dya either.

easy run wioth Elvis around the hood before work. It was muggy and my legs were shot after yesterddays ride.
