Feelin tired today even though after taking Sunday off. Problem with R ear/jaw pain..has been off/on for couple weeks but worse this morning. Difficult to chew banana! Made ENT appt.

Lucky to have a 50 degree dry and windy morning to ride outside. Did 33 min total intervals @ Z4 pace remainder low Z3. Short 30 min but it was enough for first long ride of season, felt really tired rest of day.Tail wind out, head wind back. At 13 mph doing 180 watts, ugh.

Cyclops HR strap not working today with PM after configuring it with Garmin 305 earlier this week. Hmm?

Goal was to do hard intervals at goal watts and ride steady in between, needs work but I like PM.

Haven't done 30/30's for a year. Decided to do 1'/1/' or 1' at V02 max, 1' @ 60%. Seemed easier until after when I realized the V02 max was to be at 120% not the 110% I did....there will be a make up soon enough. Short 20' brick after. I've been stretching and doing 20' yoga nightly to help keep injury bugs away. So far so good only worried about increase volume coming with long run/bike ride this week.
