Nice 65 degrees for the run, took fuel belt with 24 oz Ironman perform, gum and Irene. Was able to get in 15' Z3 work about half way through run, tried it again last 15' but perceived effort did not correlate with Garmin numbers; overall pleased and compression stockings felt comfy.

Short nights sleep, ugh but the pain cave beckons for pedal, sweat and no fear. 36' Z4 work, attempted to watch Good,Bad and Ugly but focus was on clock getting thru intervals and wondering why the second hand goes faster during rest time.
Time to break in what will be my Ironman run shoes, luv feelin the first run, like running on air pillows.

Day light saving time, not great for those of us that like to start at daybreak. Arizona doesn't do it, maybe they have the right idea. Today's goal to keep steady
watts around 180-190.Forgot my HR strap so nada data. Almost clipped 15 hrs this week, call it my training PR's, gotta luv it.

Wu, drills and ladder up to 400 and back down.
Plan was to leave directly from swim to bike route, half way there realized i had no bottles.
Goal today was to combine swim, bike, run, a mini tri to test and see what needs work.Swim, uh yea. Bike only lasted 2 hr in aero before burning/discomfort set in, rest of ride was half sitting up..still early and is it just getting use to being in aero or bike fit issue..dunno.
Two stops, one for water other to reapply sunscreen. Nurtition/hydration good, no GI issues. Temp got up to 81...start acclimating for May.
Timed transition, 6'; fuel belt and hand bottle with 24 oz perform (powder). Felt toasty last 30'. Run went pretty well except Garmin low battery about 3/4 way through. Left it out of charger.
