Saturday - April 26

Beginner tri clinic was alot of fun.  I had to give a talk on the beginner terms and races. I think it went pretty good.  I'm not the best public talker, so I hope they learned something.  I actually learned a few things.:) Klynne and her family are coming for dinner, so I'll have to pass on a workout today.  MAybe a run tomorrow.

Was thinking of taking the day off, but I have to volunteer at the beginner tri clinic tomorrow morning, so out the the pool I went.  I'm really starting to get back to a good workout flow.  It's helped that I've had a long stretch off work. Now for a bit of cleaning.:(

Spent the morning making homemade strawberry jam, then shopping. Beautiful evening ride with DH. He really pushed me hard for a time.  HAd trouble keeping up on the hill.  Glad he now has a rode bike so I have to work hard.:)

Run felt surprisingly good this morning.  I was expecting the legs to say NO WAY, but they cooperated and also help get me a neg split. May ride with hubby tonight.

Got out on the bike for a short ride with Kevin. Boy the legs were tired.

Well, that swim was PATHETIC!!! I've been out of the pool for way to long. Shoulder held out OK with only the pinky finger getting numb. Have got to get back to a reg swim practice now that the half is over. I'll probably suck at Yorktown!!!! Hope that I can get the swim coach soon.  I plan to have him video me and give me some pointers, sure wish I could afford one all the time!

Legs were extremely heavy and slow. Probably not as recovered as I thought.

Monday - April 21

Have to work today and it may turn out to be a 12 hour shift:( Probably won't get to anything again today.

Sunday - April 20

Have to work today and tomorrow.  Quads are a bit tight but otherwise feel great, I surprise the legs aren't worse.

RR finally up-work was to busy,dang it!!!
