Big LAZY SLUG yesterday.  Getting ready to go for a long ride this morning. Maybe a run with Kev this afternoon?
Met Brian on Centerville for a long ride.  He had to do 7 hours and wanted some company. No way I could hang for that long but I told him I'd hang for a couple hours. I broke off on Rt 5 and he went towards Richmond and I came home.  Pretty wet out there. Glad I did something today!!

Swim was good. Have to adjust my time for Richmond sprint. I don't really want to swim at the very last of the pack again. Now off to lunch with Klynne.

Working again today.  This is number 8 out of 9 days and I'm tired. Think I'll take the day off.

Two guys from work that ride all the time asked me to go with them tonight.  Was a bit leary to go because they always talk about riding hard.  They said that they would ride at my pace. Kevin went with us too. Went out Centerville and back. Kevin got a flat about 5 miles into it and told us to go ahead and he would wait for us to come back. They pushed hard but was able to keep up with them pretty well. Legs were tired after I got hoem but it was a good tired.  I haven't rode that hard in awhile. Need to ride with them more often to get my pace up.
