Went for a long run with Paula. She's the lady that I will be marathon training with. She's a much faster runner than I am so, I'm really nervous to do this with her. Need to do it to see if I'll be able to get thru the marathon for IMFL.

Finally got back to the pool. Went after seeing the chiro. Back is much better.

Just signed up for the Christmastown dash thru Busch Gardens on Dec 5th. That should be a fun race, esp if it snows.

Finally back at it again! My back is as good as its gonna get so I can't use that as an excuse anymore. MAybe gettting back to the workouts will get it back to where it was. Scared to commit to doing the marathon. Not sure if I'm able to do all the running that's required without someone holding me to it! Any takers to push my ass???
