Just trying out different equipment in a new gym. Need to balance out leg muscles. Hamstrings much stronger than quads and nonsurgery knee much stronger than surgery knee. Haven't checked that in awhile...

I kicked some serious a** in this race, if I do say so myself!!! Good for 3rd place in my age group out of 34, and 106 overall out of 512 participants. My best run pace in any race yet! Do I see an under 7 minute mile in my future??? Maybe...
