SECTIONAL WOD #1!!
I'm competing in the Reebok Crossfit Open Sectionals like I did last year. This was the first posted wod. I had to have it done by 5 p.m. I had been on a cruise all week prior and had just gotten home at 1:30 a.m. this morning, and did the wod at 11. I was feeling pretty bad, and had some bad vertigo or something from the cruise, and coming off of the Bonine I had been taking. I did alright on the Wod but I think I could have done better given better circumstances. Oh well.
The WOD was a 7' AMRAP of burpees with a jump touch at the top that has to be 6" from your max reach.
I completed 102 burpees in the time. It was ugly but I did it. My goal was 105, and I needed 110 to be in the top 3 females at the gym, but 102 is still respectable, especially considering how I was feeling.
I had the puke bucket right near me just in case...

Another run on the cruise ship. Not feeling it much this time. Sore from the run 2 days prior.
I don't really remember how long it took me, but I did 25 inverted burpee to regular burpees. Nothing that big of a deal. Again in my cabin.
I went to the boat's fitness center, but it was crowded all of the time, and I didn't feel comfortable doing this weird looking stuff in there. Although I would have probably fit right in. There were plenty of weird people working out in there. Some men who REALLY loved those mirrors as they did their free weight bicep curls.... ick

I ran!! On a Carnival Cruise ship!! :-)
Ran the small track on the top deck overlooking the western Caribbean Sea! Awesome! Pretty windy this day, though.
Did a short CF wod in the cabin after the run.

WOD was 15 min AMRAP of
10 clean/jerk at 105#
1 "Cindy" (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)
9 clean/jerks
1 Cindy
8 clean/jerks
1 Cindy
7 clean/jerks
1 Cindy
And so on and so forth. Nobody finished this. I did up to 5 pull-ups, 5 push-ups after the 6 clean/jerk. This was rough. I hated the clean/jerks the most I think.
