I got through the first round great. The 2nd round took more time on the handstand push-ups. By the third round I wasn't doing so hot on them so I moved it to 4 rather than 7. On the 4th round I really struggled so I put a pad under my head to lift myself up a bit more. Then I just finished the last minute doing as many pull-ups as I could rather than try to do more handstand push ups. I did 28 pull-ups.
