I'm going to count this ride even though it wasn't on a road bike and wasn't super fast. I rode with Tyler through the extensive campgrounds to a grocery store outside of the camp and back again. It was fun, and my sciatic nerve was bothering me at the end so it must have been somewhat taxing. We did go up several hills in there too.

Hiked an ADK High Peak - Wright Peak. Number 16 in order of elevation of the official 46 high peaks over 4000' in the ADKS. It was the hardest one we've done with the kids. If I'd remembered how difficult it was I might not have wanted the kids to do it. But they survived. Tyler was miserable on the way up and Bryn was all excited. Bryn was miserable on the way down while Tyler was in good spirits. Whatever. They can check it off their list now.

Ran with Rob in the campground. The last several minutes we did a ladder sprint, which was on a travel WOD list I got from my coach. You sprint for 30", 45", 60", 90", 60", 45", 30" and rest the same time you sprinted between each one. It was a good one.
Did a tabata of push-ups (8 rounds of 20" on, 10" off)
