Today is my rest day.
Nutrition today has been good at work. My son and I made cookies last night. Ate three when I got home. This is my worst time of day for eating- caloric intake can be perfect until I walk in the door. Need to work on some sort of positive reinforcement/mindfulness thing to keep me on track for the last 6 hours of the day.
Water intake at work needs to improve- will work on that as well.
Run and tabata tomorrow morning early.
I also need to pick an Oly for late June/early July. I would like to get three races in before the 70.3 in October.

Done on trainer. Distance is an estimate.
We found a purebred German Shepherd puppy-very frightened and apparently neglected. Trying to keep it until we can find the owner or a good home. Will go to Tally and swim tomorrow. My favorite pool is open. This is very good news.
First run with my Garmin in months. No music, gymboss, etc. Zone 1-2 run to get a feel for HR zones. Very windy & overcast day.
