Good swim. Legs were all tight at first, then after a bit of kicking, they felt a lot better. Recovery is going really nice so far!!

Weather is looking very iffy for the race tomorrow... 40% chance of thunderstorms, could be severe. Temps at 85 with 80% humidity, and winds at 10-15mph. Could be a perfect day to race, or it could get very nasty....oh well! I think I'll refrain from cleaning my bike- that way, it won't rain. If I do clean my bike, I KNOW it'll rain.

4x800s. My legs felt crappy at first, but my paces were pretty good. Held back just a touch, since, you know, I've got a half on saturday :)
Paces: 6:08, 6:12, 6:02, 5:59m/mile
Decent swim, shoulders were sore from yesterday, though- wtf?
