OMIGOD! We are signed up for IMLP 2010!! BOTH of US. That's right, folks- Ryan (and me too!) is doing an Ironman!!!!!! hehe, my dreams have come true :) Body feels good today! Congrats to all the IMLPers!! Looked like it was a blast! ;)

Great ride with Ryan on the Farm Lakes Tour.
Average power- 163. It was at 172 until the last half hour, then the headwind got really nasty, and I started fading hardcore, but overall, the ride was a blast!

Sweaty run with Ryan. This summer has been so chilly so far, I've almost forgotten what it's like to breath in humidity. I might have to adjust my schedule, and start running in the afternoon to get used to the heat- Pigman has a notoriously hot run.
