Track workout with the family! Ryan and Cody came to the track with me. It was a blast! Cody ran laps for a while, then she decided to just run back and forth at the middle of the track, and try to 'herd' me off the track on every lap. Hehe. I expended a lot of energy yelling at her, and then trying not to laugh at her antics. I friggin' love that dog.

HOT! Well, I got what I asked for!! This run was eventful. I saw: kids feeding a trumpeter swan right out of their hands, a GIANT tortoise on the bike path covered in moss, and part of my lunch contents on the grass, ew. Stomach wasn't happy, even though I waited 2 hours post-lunch. Gr.

This ride started out kind of blah- mainly because my stomach was pissed, but it finally got better and my legs cooperated. Good ride!

Easy run with drills. hehe, I love kicking up my feet while I'm running by all the walkers around the river. They all openly stare at me- so funny!
My arms are made of bricks! Cut this one short. Form was completely off, and I just couldn't get into it.

Easy ride. The friggin' wind is unreal here. It's never too out of control, but it is so constant! We were talking to some kite-boarded at the lake today, and he said that it's the windiest summer he's ever experienced- which is great for him! My legs are cooked. Couldn't do my make-up brick- I had to eat lunch and finish my grant. Go away grant! Go away itchy face!! :)
OWS at Trout Lake- the most beautiful place on earth. We saw a turtle swimming around and followed him for a bit. So cool!! I really want a water proof camera for our next swim.

Great ride! Ryan and I did 6 loops at ILRA, just so we could avoid cars, mainly. It was a great time. Legs felt solid the whole time.
Average power: 160.
Decent brick. Was supposed to be longer, but I was really nervous about my legs- they felt a little shaky, and I do not want to be injured.

Wow, my legs have not felt this terrible in a long time. Was it the track session? Or the 40 mile hard bike ride? Or the 11 mile run? Hmm...who knows?! :) Easy, easy spin, average power 140.
Good swim today. I even practiced flip turns! I am so absolutely terrible at it, it's hysterical. At least I didn't whack my head!
