A real treat was watching some deer frolic in the fields. This one young doe got the 'zoomies' and was bouncing and kicking around with unadulterated energy and happiness. Sooo cute!

Hill repeats at the arb. Gorgeous morning for a run. We have had the absolute best winter weather ever. Hardly any snow, only a few icy days, temps are rarely in the teens and have only once gone under zero- it's almost like San Diego! Hahahaha......

I guess I'm still a bit sick. Had a racing heart all morning, tried to fix it with a nap, and forced myself onto the trainer. 140 watts felt like threshold. I stayed on for a half hour to see if it would get better, but it didn't, so I called it a day. I need this cold gone, now.
