Easy run with Ryan on some really slick roads. Ryan said that the road looked like 'Edward'- they were all sparkly from the ice. Heh. Yes- he watched Twilight :)
A real treat was watching some deer frolic in the fields. This one young doe got the 'zoomies' and was bouncing and kicking around with unadulterated energy and happiness. Sooo cute!
Stupid stupid swim. I hated every minute and gave up because I was in a terrible mood. Damn.

Fun workout! Very solid effort.
Hill repeats at the arb. Gorgeous morning for a run. We have had the absolute best winter weather ever. Hardly any snow, only a few icy days, temps are rarely in the teens and have only once gone under zero- it's almost like San Diego! Hahahaha......
