Rode outside!! It was mostly good, with only a few bad cars.
10min @ 90% efforts, close to 210 for all the intervals.
Total average power: 183 watts.
Trail run with Cody the super-pup. That dog has so much energy right now!! I was chasing her butt through the trails, for once, rather then her dragging ass behind. Heh.

Recovery swim with some fast 100s. I think I'm getting slower at swimming- is that possible?
I can't believe how much an Olympic can hurt!! My legs are still in pain :) I feel a lot better than yesterday, so at least it's not as bad as a half, but I also hurt in some really weird places, too!

A comedy of errors :) Check out my blog for a more detailed description, but basically I screwed up a few things at the start, then felt sorry for myself, and finally turned it around again once I caught up to another competitor. Once I was able to see someone, my game face came on and I had a great rest of the race.
WOOT! I LOVE to run! I had a blast pushing myself here. i really wish the rest of the race went as well as my run! Oh well! Caught up to a few more girls and didn't get passed on the run.
Yuck swim. Had a hard time keeping up with the group, then had a mini panic attack, forcing me to slow down to calm down. BUT! I wasn't last out of the water- woot!
