I can't believe how much an Olympic can hurt!! My legs are still in pain :)  I feel a lot better than yesterday, so at least it's not as bad as a half, but I also hurt in some really weird places, too!

Soooo sore!!! Olympics are hard- ha! After the race, I was feeling great- I thought that maybe I wouldn't even be that sore. But then sitting in the car for 8 hours probably killed my chances of a fast recovery. Lots of firsts yesterday- first open water swim, first race of the season and first race as a pro!! Fun stuff! Will update with details soon!

A comedy of errors :) Check out my blog for a more detailed description, but basically I screwed up a few things at the start, then felt sorry for myself, and finally turned it around again once I caught up to another competitor. Once I was able to see someone, my game face came on and I had a great rest of the race.
