got passed while cruising in Zone 1 pace but reeled in the passer 2 miles later and dropped with a strong interval section (PR the 1.4 mile section)

Bike Day and if i feel really ambitious it will be a brick with 2 mile run after bike

morning run with charlie did some of the 10k course but man is it hot in the sun even at 7 am bailed on intended lenght (6 miles) and will try again tomorrow earlier (6am should do it)
walked 1 mile with dog#2 afterwards

placerita loop 1435 ft climbing went out easy but intensity went up to race pace on the big climb and PR a bunch of segments , would not have gone as fast by myself so group setting (5) good for intervals and of course jolly good company and fun conversation when not hauling ....
