    Finally got a run in with Isaac and the babyjogger. Not too hot and NOT thunderstorming. Didn't have much energy and got dropped within 2 miles so ended up doing the HILL with little Issac for company. Ended up run/walking it. Isaac's getting heavy OR i'm getting old OR BOTH! We ended at the middle school track where he decided to do 4-50yd sprints like a race. He was running as fast as his little short legs could move. :) We had fun together.

    Austin TriCycle's ride. Bad start for me and my riding buddy. Wrong shoes and pedals on his bike, so we had to wait around until the shop opened to switch them out. We couldn't get one pedal off.

    Daniel is MUCH faster and stronger than i am. We started out FAST, and i died withing 15 minutes. Took me a good half an hour to recover.

    No HR info cause i can't find my chest strap, but i'm sure my hr was around 170 for the whole ride.
