Worked on a smooth stride and trying to look relaxed like a pro mary runner.
1st mile in 8:04, 16s r/i
2nd mile in 6:01, 23s r/i
3rd 1.1mile in 7:57, 7:13pace
Club run. Took out 16min of sit and talk time before i ran the last leg home.
