Easy swim. Wanted to do 3/4 of a mile, but feeling a bit shaky and really tired, so decided to sit 10 minutes in a sauna after the short swim instead.
After X2, I was pretty dizzy for a while, obviously not enough fuel, but I didn't want to make another juice and just pushed through, allowing myself more breaks.
Easy let's-move-instead-of-sitting-on-the-couch 3 miler.
Day 20 is done. Tired and hungry, but feel great. 9 more days to return to civilization..
P90X2: Plyocide- 9:30 am- cut out foam rolling and cool down becasue of time constraints; felt dizzy afterwards, probably not enough fuel.
Worked out on a green juice with some apples. Will have to try my usual carrot/apple/sweet potato workout fare tomorrow, see if it's better. Then again, I'm pretty deep into the fast, so might be additional deep cleansing going on.

Spinning class with Nancy. Endurance ride. Quads liked moving a little after yesterday's (undertrained for) run :)
I was going to run, but ended up talking with Nancy for too long, so i just did 10 min in the sauna (which felt heavenly) before showering and getting the boys from the Child Center.

Nice 8K, gorgeous weather. I was not in the least trained for it, so time reflects it. Garmin was dead, which I discovered in the starting corral lol Already had a mind just to make it a fun race, so that just confirmed it..
