Little dreadmill run, since it turned out to be my ONLY workout today.

I actually swam the entire 1600 yards without stopping once today! That's pretty big for me. Yeah, I'm still slow, but I swim the whole thing! I kept pushing my break back and got to 800, then remembered how John (jslacker) swam 900 yards without stopping, and had to beat him. Yeah, he then just started swimming, but who cares, i still beat him on that day ;)
Little run on the dreadmill while watching "Hot in Cleveland" on my iPad. Damon went to karate, kids were in bed, though of course not asleep and needing this and that. NIkita pretty much goes to sleep without an issue, but Lukas.. oy. He's at that age when he's got all this energy and no desire to sleep. I remember Nikita being that way too until he got a little older. This, too, shall pass...
