Training day off - Carb loading for Sunday's race.

Full training day off - yard work, then to the movies with the family. We saw Herbie, the kids liked it.
September 4
Full training day off. My left knee is still weak from Friday's long run on the dam. It doesn't hurt, but seems a little weak, we went to the zoo today and when walking around it gave out once, still didn't hurt, but just kind of bent on its own.
I don't want to mess things up now, I've come too close and the big event is just 3 weeks away, so that will be my last long run before the 24th.
