Probably a training day off.  Legs still weak from yesterday's run and this week I'll be taking it very easy to save them for Saturday.

Got 10 hours of sleep last night!!

Ride through Chilton and back. Got chased by pit-bull in Chilton, I yelled, he didn't stop, I sprayed the dog stopper, hit him twice in the face, he didn't stop - I was on flat ground so I wound it on up to 23 mph and out ran him. Good thing I wasn't going up a hill.

I HATE THOSE STUPID DOGS - AND FOR THAT MATTER THE SCUM THAT OWNS THEM!!!!!

Open water swim a the lake after work. I practiced with my wetsuit on - this is the first time ever I have broken 2 min/100 yards. I think the wetsuit is going to come in handy at the iron-distance race next weekend!

Track before work. It was a little humid out, but felt good to get back to running after several days off. My hamstrings are still a little sore from Sunday. I hope I can recover in the next few days - Redman is now only 9 days away!
