Full training day off. My left knee is still weak from Friday's long run on the dam. It doesn't hurt, but seems a little weak, we went to the zoo today and when walking around it gave out once, still didn't hurt, but just kind of bent on its own.
I don't want to mess things up now, I've come too close and the big event is just 3 weeks away, so that will be my last long run before the 24th.

Ride in the afternoon around Waco.

Good ride, my left knee is still sore from last night's run. I'm taking at least 3 days off of running to make sure all things get worked out.

Long run at the Dam after work with Tammy. Felt good, but the Dam is real tough on the knees, I'll take a few days off of running so I don't get them hurt before the races comming up this month.
This will be my last long-long run before the Redman Triathlon on the 24th.

Ride with bike club, the ride as usual started out pretty slow, but we picked up the pace about 1/2 way into the ride.
I was able to push up some hills when we finally got to some.
OK workout, but was really wanting to push harder.
Short run after the bike ride through the neighborhood in Hewitt. Good run, felt strong.
