Body was totally spent. Was exhausted all day and just put everything I had into the ride. Re-arranged my schedule so I can sleep in tomorrow morning and then get a massage before heading into work.

12:06 p.m. -- Really dragging today, just super tired.  I know I need to get on the bike for a 2 hour tempo ride tonight but right now all I want to do is.  I've been going to bed way to late and need to get back to my 8:30 - 9 p.m. bed time.
