Bike - Part 1 (CT inside)
Average Watts = 144
Legs felt super good, watts were on the high side for the low HR. Heading outside on the CD.01 now.
Average Watts = 183
Max Watts = 504
So I like the watts on the Quark much better than the watts on the CT. Great to be riding outside. Nasty wind. Cross to tail heading north, cross to head heading south. Lower back is a little sore.
T run. Out and back on rail trail. Some problems breathing/coughing with lots of pollen floating around. HR was a little on the high side.

Had Shaun move the CD.01 onto the Computrainer so I could compare watts on the CT and the Quark. Did the first 30 minutes on the CT, then my bike fell off. Shaun hadn't swapped the skewers and the CD.01 skewer jammed up the CT. Pulled the CD.01 off and finished the bike on the Cycleops. Lovely.

Tough run. Around mile 4 my legs just got really heavy and my HR started to drift up. Really tough to keep the HR down. Not sure why I got so tired at a fairly easy pace.
