T-run. Had a hard time keeping the HR down. RPE was low, but HR was on the higher side. Still some issues with breathing / coughing.

Was supposed to run the Danbury Half. Went out hard in cool, dry, windy and pollen filled air. Ended up with an asthma attack in mile 2. Decided to pull the plug and find Shaun and my inhaler. Not fantastic, but it was still a pretty fast 2 miles.

IMKY Course. Supposed to get a T run in but its sleeting/freezing rain outside and no time to get to the gym before work. Will have to get my run in later today.
