So my coach kicked a little ass at IMCDA today.  He was the first place overall age grouper and the 9th overall finisher (he beat out about half of the pro men's field).  Plus he had the best finish line video I've seen in a while.

IMLP course. Cool, rainy, crazy weather. Much easier than I thought it would be. Pretty comfortable all around and was super conservative on the descents. The small stingers I do not like, the long climb up White Face is right in my wheel house, low grade for a long time and all you need to do is spin the legs.
