1 x 15 min @ Z3 (151 bpm, 198W, 20.8 mph). Starting pouring and hailing during the Z3 so I had to be a little less aggressive than I would have liked).
Hills, hills and more hills. I decided that running the flat rail trail probably wasn't in my best interest so I drove down to sleeping giant and ran the hills on sleeping giant / mount caramel / metacomet ridge. My legs are fried now but it felt good to run on harder terrain.

ZR ride with Shaun. Went at his pace.
Warm and super super humid. I'm trying to focus on staying in my bubble but I have a tough time ignoring other people when I'm running.

Didn't suck. Actually had a little more speed in my legs.

Everything just kind of clicked other than the flat rear tire and the fact that I didn't have a CO2 cartridge (called Shaun and he brought one to me). Just felt really good.
