Bit of slow start as it took a good 30 minutes to really warm up but once I got going, it felt really good. After so many hours on the trainer, I really love riding my bike outside.
Run was solid. I almost feel like I'm back where I was physically before things started to fall apart in late winter / early spring. I feel like I finally have additoinal gears when I'm out running both mentally and physically.

So cold (high 40s).
2 x 25 min @ Z2
1 - 146 bpm / 176 W / 18.7 mph
2 - 142 bpm / 185 W / 19.0 mph (had to stop for a school bus here so the HR is a bit off)
Ended up as a Z1 run. My stomach was super wobbly. I need to run hard in the morning and not wait until after work.
