Power meter is not picking up -- need to have Shaun fix it. Leg and shoulder are a little ore, but no pain. Definitely feel weak on the left side but at least I can ride.

More like waddling than running. Leg is still sore and HR shoots up really fast.
Z1 bike. Some shoulder soreness and issues riding over rough pavement.

Definate weakness on the left side and my HR jumps up wicked fast. A little swelling/soreness but nothing huge. I'm curious how long it will take to get back to "normal" on the bike. For now I'm slow enough that Shaun can ride with me (he thinks I need a chaperone), which is nice.
Better than I expected. Legs still feel off (almost like I'm running right after a hard bike)but no pain.
