Hot and humid. Hill loop with a little out and back. Was actually able to descend pace and end in the high 8s. Knees are stiff but fine. Only issue is my right foot. I'm afraid the bruise is more than bruise. It almost feels like I have a stone stuck under the skin on the ball of my foot. Somewhat concerned it may be a Morton's Neuroma (Google is a bad thing). Going to call a podiatrist and get an appointment on Friday.

Leg #300 of the One Run for Boston. Because this was a relay I wasn't sure if I would be running Saturday night or Sunday morning. Hot, humid and dark. At about mile 6 I tripped and nailed my knees (again). This is the 4th time in 8 months that I've wrecked up my knees. They're skinless and bruised but there doesn't appear to be any structural damage.

This was disgusting. Low 80s and 100% humidity. So nasty. To make matters worse I have a bruise/swelling at the 4th metatarsal head on the bottom of my foot. You can see the discoloration. It didn't hurt running but its painful now.
