Hot and humid. Hill loop with a little out and back. Was actually able to descend pace and end in the high 8s. Knees are stiff but fine. Only issue is my right foot. I'm afraid the bruise is more than bruise. It almost feels like I have a stone stuck under the skin on the ball of my foot. Somewhat concerned it may be a Morton's Neuroma (Google is a bad thing). Going to call a podiatrist and get an appointment on Friday.
