Brick day! Warmed up on the bike, then did {~10 min bike, .67 miles run} three times. Didn't push super hard (except for the last ~.1 mile running, when I wanted to finish hard), but tried to keep a strong, steady pace throughout. I'm very comfortable with a 9min/mile pace for race day--I'd even be okay with a 10min/mile pace.
Felt surprisingly good, especially after the first .33 miles running. Felt better as the workout went on, too, which bodes well for the race three weeks from today!
