Another night of terrible sleep. Luckily it didn't seem to effect my performance. Gonna really have to go see a doc about this as it has been going on now for several weeks.

10' fast easy spin
10' fast medium spin
5' fast easy spin
Took about 5min to change into running gear then kicked butt on that run. Felt great. Couldn't keep that pace for 3mi but felt good getting my legs moving that fast.
It is amazing how much better my legs feel coming off the tri vs road bike. Never thought there would be that much difference.

Here are the results from when I did this race for the first time 2 years ago (my first ever tri):
Swim: 500m - 12:40 - 2:32/m pace
T1: 2:20
Bike: 14m - 43:14 - 19.43mph
T2: 1:04
Run: 3m - 26:25 - 8:49 pace
Total: 1:25:48
I am hoping to cut about 4-5min off this time and be around a 1:21. If I could somehow get below 1:20 I would be ecstatic.

All out 500y TT. Set PR by 9sec.
Easy 500y.
Quick change from pool into run clothes. Brutal run. Windy, legs were tired, hilly, stomach cramps...but got the distance I was shooting for.
