Finally got a great nights sleep. Felt good not having to stress over lack of sleep anymore. Hopefully that is over.

Almost talked myself out of this ride (move it to tomorrow) but I did it and glad I did. Longest ride in a while and am happy with my pace on this very hilly route.

Was supposed to be a nice easy long run, but my goal was to try and keep it under 9min pace. Ended up having to push a little harder than I wanted and HR shows what I was feeling. But, my longest run since my 10k almost 2 months ago, so I am happy with it.

Another crappy night of sleep.  I know it says I got 7hrs, but it was not ideal.  Was very tired all day yesterday, went to bed around 930 and was wide awake.  Got out of bed at 1030 then tried again at 1230.  Finally fell asleep around 1 and slept in until 8.  Don't like getting up that late anymore and afraid it will throw me off again tonight.  I can't figure out the reason.  I have not had caffeine all week (I usually avoid it anyway) and have been doing great with my eating and working out.  I feel tired but my mind is not shutting down.  It is frustrating.  I have lost 4.5lbs since Mon.  I wonder if that could be the reason?  Maybe I am not eating enough?  Can that effect sleep like that?  Just kinda rambling here.

Of course, the one day I take my bike to work it rains all day. Glad to have the rain, but was really looking forward to the outdoor ride. Took bike home, unloaded it and set it back up on the trainer. Longest trainer ride I've ever done.

Mixed in some hard 1-2min of standing every 10min or so.

Hilly route...well, 1st mile is mostly downhill but then it is uphill the last 2mi. Good run over all. Legs were a little tired from ride yesterday but I am happy with my time.

I just feel stronger/better on these afternoon runs. Granted I have been doing them for 10yrs. Wonder how long it takes for my body to wake up and go as hard on the early morning runs? Guess I'll keep track of it and see how it progresses.

For some reason I picked a very hilly route for my first outdoor ride in a while. Legs were rusty but I had no pain at all on the saddle, so that is great news. It was very windy.

Had to do little rest on the last few as the pool was closing. No time to do a cool down.
