Got some OWS practice in with the wetsuit again. I have no clue if the distance is right as I used the swim feature on the Garmin, which I had never used before. The pace is way slower than I would normally do, so I would assume the distance is a little short.
I mapped the swim online and it came out to around 1900y, which would put my pace more inline with normal.

Had a taxing and long day at work, which means I only had time for one workout. So, between running and swimming, my running needs the most work and that is what I did.
Pretty decent run and happy with the pace.
