Unusually sore today.  I think the big workouts this week all caught up with me.  Moved my long run to tomorrow, so not sure if I will do a little something later today or just take a full day off.  We'll see.

I rode the HIM course and you can completely ignore the speed as it was brutally windy. 20-25mph sustained winds with gusts into the 30s. Really slowed us down a lot.

Overall the course is a good ride, but will be challenging as part of a tri. Typical country roads, very rough, lots of potholes and cracks, and a lot of ups and downs. 2000ft of climbing with several very steep hills.
