Since I haven't been feeling very comfortable in the water lately, I decided to focus mainly on form today, I didn't worry about time/speed. Seemed to help. I felt relatively strong and fluid. Kept it short so I didn't practice poor form at the end.
200 stroke drill w/o breathing
100 easy stroke w/o breathing
Tried to get out for a longer bike today ~1:15. Felt pretty good. Managed to avg. just over 20 mph. Mainly cross wind.
~45 min Z2 run
Felt out of sync today, just not comfortable and felt my form was off.
Planned 3X500 ms. Completed one and went back to drills for remainder of time. Had limited time this morning due to wife's schedule and needing to get the kids off to school.
